All employees eligible to enroll in PEBB benefits are eligible to enroll in Basic LTD. Most employees eligible to enroll in PEBB benefits are also eligible to enroll in Optional LTD. Subscribers have 31 days from their initial date of eligibility to enroll in optional long-term disability insurance
